Waystack installed as First Vice-President of the Council of Residential Specialists

CCIAOR member Richard Waystack, far left, was installed as the First Vice-President of the Council of Residential Specialists at The Council’s Annual Business Meetings, held in conjunction with the NAR Conference & Expos, taking place Nov. 1-4 in Chicago, Illinois. Waystack will serve as President-Elect of the organization in 2019 and then, president in 2020.

Waystack, CRS, broker associate at Jack Conway Realtor, Harwich Port, received CRS of the Year in 2013 and recently celebrated over two decades as a CRS Designee. He most recently received the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award for his 100-mile walk across Cape Cod to combat homelessness.

The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS comprised of more than 33,000 members supporting them with education, networking events, practitioner-developed tools and mentoring. It also awards the CRS Designation to experienced REALTORS who have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
