When changing the status of a property, you will want to choose the status that the property should now be in and not necessarily the current status. For example, If I needed to edit the Active status, I would Edit Current Status, but if I were to be marking the property as Pending, I would Pend Listing, not Edit Current Status.

Another example would be changing a Contingent property back to Active. You don’t want to Edit Current Status (Contingent), as the property is no longer Contingent. You want to Add/Remove Contingency.

At the top where it says Contingent, you change this to No Contingency.
