The Cape Cod Commission, in collaboration with the towns of Eastham, Orleans and Falmouth, will be hosting a series of Community Resiliency by Design workshops focused around the concept of housing density. The workshops are meant to highlight how we can work together to create a stronger community by introducing housing types for all life stages and integrating compact community development into the Cape’s community centers. The goal is to start a community conversation around how to meet the changing market demand for smaller housing units supported by infrastructure and amenities such as shops, pedestrian and bikeway access, transit and neighborhood open space.
