Watch Katie Clancy of The Cape House | William Raveis Real Estate talk about her experience in the 2017 CCIAOR Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy is the perfect tool for REALTORS® who think of themselves as being CEO’s of their own business. While fostering relationships with other REALTORS®, it also provided a lot of local knowledge that REALTORS® should know while conducting business on Cape Cod. From a manager’s perspective, the mediation session and the, “Providing an Exceptional Client Experience” really hit home. Recognizing your client or agent as individuals helps to build better relationships and keep open the lines of communication which lead to smoother transactions and more production. I hope there will be a Part Two for alumni!

Peggy Nye - Class of 2018, William Raveis Real Estate

The Leadership Academy was an honor to attend and an opportunity to raise our level of awareness in our community and industry.   The diverse sessions from visiting the Cape Cod Commission to sales tools “Using DISC Styles to Become a Master Negotiator’  enhanced our Realtor skills. We developed great new relationships with classmates capewide;  It was a fabulous experience that I would highly recommend!

Megan E. Patrick, Class of 2017

The 2017 CCIAOR Leadership Academy was a fantastic program.  I was able to meet and forge relationships with fellow high-performing agents from the Cape, as well as local leaders from parallel industries.  I strongly recommend the Academy to anyone interested in honing their professional skills and gaining a keener knowledge of the Cape’s business and Political landscape.

Ned Chatelain, Class of 2017
