Watch Katie Clancy of The Cape House | William Raveis Real Estate talk about her experience in the 2017 CCIAOR Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy was an honor to attend and an opportunity to raise our level of awareness in our community and industry.   The diverse sessions from visiting the Cape Cod Commission to sales tools “Using DISC Styles to Become a Master Negotiator’  enhanced our Realtor skills. We developed great new relationships with classmates capewide;  It was a fabulous experience that I would highly recommend!

Megan E. Patrick, Eileene Finnell Real Estate

The 2017 CCIAOR Leadership Academy was a fantastic program.  I was able to meet and forge relationships with fellow high-performing agents from the Cape, as well as local leaders from parallel industries.  I strongly recommend the Academy to anyone interested in honing their professional skills and gaining a keener knowledge of the Cape’s business and Political landscape.
