**2007 Sales Pre-License Course information**

BROKER PRE-LICENSING COURSE (30 Hours)
(As mandated by the MA Division of Registration, Board of Real Estate Licenses for Salespersons and Brokers, Candidates must:

• Be eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have been licensed as an active MA salesperson and affiliated with a MA real estate broker for at least one (1) year at a minimum of 25 hours per week. The experience requirement must be no more than two (2) years old when the final examination is taken.
• Obtain a $5,000 surety bond on the original enclosed form (no copies) completed by the insurance agent, signed by the (candidate/examinee), and witnessed. The professional identification number provided by Assessment Systems, Inc. (ASI) at the time of the making of the examination reservation MUST BE INCLUDED on the bond.
