Q.	What is the breakdown of my annual CC&IAOR dues payment?
	For the 2008 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008):
A.	$215.00 goes to the local Association (CC&IAOR). $138.00 goes to the State Association Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® $110.00 goes to the National Association National Association of REALTORS®. For a total of $463.00 per year.
Q.	What does it cost to join the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc.?
	For the 2008 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008):
A.	The costs for an individual are: $250.00 application fee $463.00 for a full year's Association dues (for new Members, this can be pro-rated monthly). The costs for a new Office are: $250.00 application fee $463.00 for a full year's Association dues (for new Members, this can be prorated monthly). New Offices must meet Membership criteria and have approval from the Board of Directors. Please call (800) 442-0006 for details.
Q.	What does it cost to join* the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc.? *must be a REALTOR®.
	For the 2008 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008):
A.	$120.00 per quarter.
